What will my dog learn?

Welcome to Fearless Fido, where trust, cooperation, freedom of choice and respect have always been our top priority. By working with an enthusiastic team of highly skilled coaches and following our top notch rewards based curriculum, you and your canine companion will learn how to better understand each other, while working toward building a long lasting bond that goes miles beyond just training.

Dogs have been bred to live with us for many, many years. We cannot simply dismiss the fact they were once wild scavengers and still enjoy hobbies like herding, sniffing, chasing, barking, pulling, foraging, marking and digging which are typically discouraged by humans. They also don’t come to us automatically knowing the key skills needed to appropriately live in our world. What we can do is recognize that just like human children, they will likely need teachers to guide them in the right direction. This is where Fearless Fido and the School of Canine Science team can help!

In our Good Dog - Level 1 series we will help you take the right steps needed to help you teach your FIDO the skills to be the goodest dog your family could wish for, including:

· Sitting and staying when asked

· Settling and chilling when asked

· Coming back even when there are distractions

· Walking with you while on leash without pulling

· Being the best and fastest dog at fetch in the beach

· Leaving even the most tastiest snack when asked

· Offering attention and responding to your every request

· Enjoying fun & simple tricks with you to prove to your neighbours and friends they really are the best dog on the block!

It is important to keep in mind that you will have to stay consistent with your training over the next six weeks in order to see the most desired results!! You will be with us for a limited time during your online lessons and learning does not stop when you turn off your computer. A daily commitment of 5-15 minutes of working with your dog each day will help to keep things on track as you progress through this training package.

Who are we...

My name is Bethany Coles, CPDT-KA and I am the owner and founder of Fearless Fido dog training.

Since 2016, I have had the privilege of serving local dogs and their humans in our tiny Canadian province of Prince Edward Island. While our main specialty is early puppy socialization & development, we also provide very effective group and private classes for dogs of all ages and breeds.

During your time with us, we will teach you how to coach and motivate your dog using rewards such as food, scent, and play. You can trust that we will not use methods that cause physical or mental harm to your dog such as pain or coercion.
